Very good. The marinade kept the chops moist and gave them a great flavor. There was no need for any other meat sauce. I wasn't sure if I should bake in the marinade or discard it. I tried baking in it for about 20 minutes and then removed the meat and broiled it for about 5 minutes on each side. - 2/25/09

Made this tonight. Family loved it. Chops were tender & full of flavor. Increased ingrediants to accommodate a package of 8 chops, used much more garlic and lemon juice. Instead of using 1/2 cup more maple syrup, I used 1/2 water. Marinated 4 hrs and cooked it for 35 minutes. Will make again! - 2/21/09
