Ingredients
* Ground beef, lean, 16 oz (remove) * Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices (remove) * Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove) * Butter, salted, 2 tbsp (remove) * *Kraft 2% American Cheese Singles, 4 serving (remove) * *Kraft Swiss Cheese 2% Milk Singles, 6 serving (remove) * 6 slices of rye bread*garilc powder 2 tsp*salt and pepper to taste* Worcestershire 2 tsp
Directions
You start by mincing both the onion and mushrooms, you want to set a 1/4 cup of each to the side. Take the butter and satuue the mushroom first until they are soft and then add the onion. When the onions are translucent set aside, mic the ground beef and seasoning, with the Worcestershire sauce. When the onion and mushrooms have cooled to the touch add them to the ground beef. Makes 6-8 patties. Then top with American and Swiss cheese. I cut one piece of rye in half and toast( without the pan frying).
