Ingredients
1lb Very Lean Minced Beef1 brown onion.1 can Low Fat Campbells Condensed Tomato Soup1 can Low Fat Campbells Condensed Chicken SoupPenne Pasta.
Directions
Chop onion and dry fry in saucepan until softened a little.
Add mince and cook until browned.
Add tins of condensed soup.
Simmer on a lower heat for 20 minutes.
Cook pasta for 10 minutes in boiling, salted water.
Once pasta al dente, mix with minced beef mixture, and place in oven (at 150 degrees C for fan assisted ovens) for five minutes until combined well.
Serve and enjoy!
