WW Meatloaf

3/4 cup ketchup, divided1/4 minced fresh onions1 tbsp brown sugar1/4 tsp salt1/4 tsp pepper2 large egg whites1 1/2 lbs 96% lean ground beef1/2 cup of quick cooking oatscooking spray
Combine 1/2 cup of ketchup, onion, and next 4 ingredients in a large bowl, stir well. Add meat and oats; stir just until blended. Spray a loaf pan with cooking spray and shape the meat mixture into the pan. Brush remaining 1/4 cup of ketchup over the top of the meat mixture. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 1 hour and 10 minutes. Let stand for 10 minutes (or more) before slicing.
Slice into 12 slices.
Nutritional information is for 1 slice but you can add two if your caloric needs allow.

Hi--yes...found my old cookbook and it is 5 points per serving and a serving size = 2 slices (if you cut it into 12 slices) Hope this helps!
