Dark hot cocoa

Ingredients
Hershey's Special Dark Baking Cocoa, 1 tbsp.1 packet Equal or Splenda3 tbsp. boiling water8 ounces Silk Unsweetened SoymilkDash of vanilla
Directions
Add 3 tbsp. boiling water to cocoa and equal (or splenda) in a mug. Stir thoroughly for about a minute until the cocoa powder is completely dissolved. Add 8 ounces unsweetened soymilk. Stir and heat in microwave on high for 60 to 90 seconds, watching carefully to prevent boilover. Add a touch of vanilla extract and enjoy!

This would also work with skim or lowfat milk, of course. I like the Silk Unsweetened because it's creamier and richer.
