Ingredients
Pork, fresh, top loin chops, boneless, 4 chopsWhite flour, all-purpose, enriched, calcium-fortified, .25 cupSalt, .25 tspPepper, black, 1 tspMargarine, soft, 2 TbspPaprika, 1 TbspOnions, raw, ,1 sliced medium (1/8" thick) Sour Cream, reduced fat, .5 cup Sour Cream, .25 cup (for garnish)NoYolk egg noodles, cooked per package directions
Directions
Dredge meat in flour mixed with salt and pepper.

Heat fat in skillet, stir in paprika.

Cook onions in this until glassy.

Add meat, cook until brown on both sides.

Stir in reduced sour cream, cover, and cook slowly until meat is tender.

Serve over hot egg noodles, garnish with full flavor sour cream.
