Guava and Rosemary Glazed Chicken

1/3 c. guava jelly1 lime, juiced2 springs fresh rosemary1 tsp. minced garlic2 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil1 1/2 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breastsaltfreshly ground black pepper1/3 c. all-purpose flour, for dredging
Turn on broiler. Line baking sheet with foil, and set aside.
In a small saucepan over medium-high heat, combine jelly, lime juice, rosemary, and garlic. Heat through.
Heat oil in large frying pan. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Dredge chicken in flour, and place in hot pan. Cook chicken 3 to 4 minutes per side until cooked through.
Transfer to baking sheet. Strain guava mixture into a small bowl. Generously brush mixture over chicken. Place 4 to 6 inches under broiler for 1 minute. Turn chicken over and repeat 2 times. Remove from broiler, and brush once more with guava mixture. Serve hot.
