Wild Rice with Sauteed Mushrooms and Toasted Almonds

Ingredients
1 cup Wild Rice2 TBSP Olive Oil3 cloves garlic2 cups mushrooms sliced1 cup white wine1 cup slivered almonds toasted
Directions
Make rice according to package.

In a separate pan heat 2 TBSP of olive oil in large skillet with cover. Add garlic and cook until light brown. Add mushroom pieces and wine. Cook down until liquid is gone. Remove from heat and add toasted almond slivers.

The last 10 minutes of cooking time add the mushroom and almonds to the rice and finish cooking until rice is done. Mix well.

Makes 6 1/2 cup servings
