Crock pot chicken with gravy

Ingredients
4 skin less chicken breast16 oz sour cream 1 can of cream of chicken or mushroom 1 envelope onion soup mix
Directions
Place chicken in crock pot. Cover with the other ingredients after mixed well together. Cook on low for 7 hours. Serve over rice or noodles. Wonderful plain. Each chicken breast will be 286 calories.
