Ingredients
Chicken Thigh, 4 thigh, bone and skin removed (remove)Apples, fresh, .5 medium (2-3/4" dia) (approx 3 per l (remove)Mayonnaise, regular (mayo), 3 tbsp (remove)Egg, fresh, 2 large (remove)Yellow Mustard, 3 tsp or 1 packet (remove)salt and pepper to taste2tsp garlic powder
Directions
cook thighs. chop thighs in food processor. boil eggs. chop in food processor. chop apple in food processor. add mayo, mustard and seasoning s to taste. mix well and serve. 1 tablespoon per serving.
