Veg Chili

Ingredients
3 cans diced tomatoes (w/ Basil, Garlic & Oregano)2 cans tomato sauce (italian flavored)1 40.5 ounce can kidney beans1 large can crushed tomatoes2 large green peppers, cut in large pieces2 cups carrots, cut in large pieces1-2 Tbsp chili powder (to taste)1 tsp Mrs Dash (to taste)1/4-/12 tsp garlic powder
Directions
Place all ingredients in large crockpot. Cook all day to blend flavors, first 2 hours on high. To thicken, may remove lid during last hour and cook on high.

Serve over rice, with or without grated cheese.

Optional - may add brown sugar to taste for a slightly different flavor

Makes at least 8 servings.
