Tortilla Soup

Ingredients
4 - 4oz boneless, skinless chicken breasts1 can chicken broth1 14oz can tomatoes (pureed)1/2 cup salsa or picante sauce1 11oz can Mexican style corn (do not drain)1/2 Tbsp cumin1/2 tsp minced garlic
Directions
Boil chicken for 10 mins, then shred. Combine all ingredients in crock pot and simmer all day or put in pot on stove and let simmer for 20-30 mins. The longer it simmers and cooks, the better. Serve with baked tortilla chips.
