ground pork and rice dish

Ingredients
- 1 lb lean ground pork- 1 cup chopped onions- 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms- 1 can of Hunts diced tomatoe w/basil, garlic and herbs- 2 cups of cooked white minute riceseason to taste example: garlic lovers seasoning
Directions
Fry ground pork, onions, seasonings and mushrooms till slightly golden brown, drain any grease (can rinse with hot water to decrease fat/calories) add cooked rice and canned tomatoes, simmer on low for 5 mins, serve.
