Rice, Egg and Cheese Patties

Ingredients
6 cups of cooked rice12 fresh eggs1 tablespoon of salt2 cups of TVP (protein substitute)1/2 cup chicken bouillon or style seasoning4 pounds of shredded cheddar
Directions
Combine all ingredients well. Form into 60, 2.5" patties. Fry on both sides in Vegetable oil for approximately 5 minutes per side or until browned.
