Slow Cooker Chili

Ingredients
1 lbs ground beef2 cloves minced garlic1/2 tsp ground cumin15 1/2 oz can red kidney beans, drained and rinsed1 c chopped celery1 c chopped onion1 c chopped green pepper16 oz can diced tomatoes10 oz can tomatoes w/ green chili peppers1 c tomato juice6 oz can tomato paste1/4 tsp salt3-4 tsp garlic powder
Directions
brown meat with minced garlic (I mix the garlic into thawed meat)
drain fat
stir in chili powder and cumin, cook for 2 min longer
spray cooker with cooking spray
combine all ingredients in cooker, stir to mix
cook on low for 8-10 hours or high for 4-5
