Fake vanilla milkshake

Ingredients
1 cup ice1 cup milk1 medium sized ripe banana1 serving stevia or artificial sweetener, or a tablespoon honey1 teaspoon vanilla2 tablespoons ground flax seed, if desired
Directions
Blend all ingredients in a blender or smoothie machine.

(The nutritional information includes the flaxseed, which adds protein, fiber, and omega 3 fatty acids. However, it does change the taste quite a bit and makes it less like a milkshake).
