PJ's Dressing

Ingredients
olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt and pepper, garlic, honey mustard (or honey and mustard), lime juice, parmesan cheese...everything is optional! :) ...except of course for the oil and vinegar...
Directions
Just put everything in a cup and whisk it together real well. Then taste. If it is too oily add more vinegar. If it is too vinegar-y then add a touch more oil and then add more of something to balance out the flavor...cheese, lime juice, a packet of stevia or sugar...sometimes my mom has put in fat free sour cream or non fat cottage cheese too. I also add salad supreme seasoning too...whatever is in the pantry really...
