Baked White Fish

Ingredients
4 to 8 medium white fish fillets2 Tbsp flour1/2 tsp salt2 cups grated low fat cheese1 cup grated onions1/4 to 1/3 cup Milk1 tsp Black Pepper
Directions
Wipe fish dry and place in foil lined pan. Mix cheese, onion, flour and salt. Sprinkle black pepper over cheese mixture. Toss lightly and spread it over fish. Pour in just enough milk to cover bottom of pan. This makes a sort of onion/cheese sauce. Bake 45 minutes at 350° F. Turn oven up to 375° F. for 10 to 15 minutes.
