Vegan Soft Tacosssss!!

Ingredients
1 whole wheat tortilla1/2 (or more) of a ripe avocado1/2(or as needed) of tomatoabout a quarter of a block of tofu2 tbsp of white onion2 or more tbsp of refried beansKetchup A bit of olive oil.
Directions
To start, lay out your ingredients. heat a pan on medium to high heat. Chop the tomato, slice the avocado, mince the onion, and cut the tofu into strips. If your apn is heated, then put a bit of olive oil (a ring around the pan or maybe even two) and then place your tofu in and cook for about 2 min, then add a little ketchup(or more if you want) to taste. Cook for 5 minutes more or until crispy. Remove from heat. Now, take your tortilla and start filling it, first goes the beans, then the avocado, then the tomato and then the tofu. If you wish, you can rinse out your pan and dry it, and then place your taco in there,( seam side down) and cook until slightly crispy, and then flip it over. Or you could just put it in any pan and heat it in the oven until crispy.

you can really add whatever ingredients you wish to this recipe, its up to you!!
