Black Bean Sweet Potatoe with Quinoa

Ingredients
Refried Black Beans, 1 canOnions, raw, 1 small choppedSoup, chicken broth, canned, less/reduced sodium, 1 canSweet potato, cooked, 1 Large Garlic, 1 clove mincedGreen Peppers 1 med , chopped Pepper, red or cayenne, 1 pinchBasil, 1 pinchOregano, ground, .1 pinchDiced Tomatoes, No Salt Added, 1 canWhole Grain Quinoa, 1 serving =.25 cup dry, 1.25 cup
Directions
Chop Potatoe, onion and bell pepper in fine pieces place in a pot with broth and simmer until potatoes are tender add the remaining ingredients but the quinoa cook it according to package and then add to potato and bean mixture.
