4 oz chicken breast, skinless, cubed1 cup broccoli1/4 cup sliced carrots2 tsp. butter1/2 cup brown rice, cooked2 tbsp low sodium soy sauce1 egg, beaten

Cook the chicken and steam the broccoli and carrots
Heat a large skillet and add the butter. Add the chicken, vegetables, egg and soy sauce and cook for 2 minutes or until warmed through.
