Linguine with roasted veggies and shrimp

3-4 zucchini sliced3 red peppers (or multi-colored)3 cloves garlic, choppedfresh marjorum15 oz whole wheat linguine or spaghetti3 Tbsp olive oil1 Tbsp lemon juicedill weedhot pepper flakessalt to tasteshrimp or scallops
Place peppers and zucchini on pan and roast under broiler. Slice and mash roma tomatos. Turn to roast the other side. Saute garlic in olive oil, add tomatos, herbs, salt, and lemon juice. Cook shrimp in the sauce over low to medium heat. Boil pasta. Add roasted veggies to the sauce. Serve over hot linguine.
