Rita's Protein & Energy Cookies

Ingredients
1C. uncooked Quaker oats1C. dried cranberries1 scoop protein powder (isolate)0.5 C slivered almonds0.25 C egg whites1 tsp. vanilla extract1 ripe banana1 Tbsp. honeyoptional: 0.5 C shredded coconut
Directions
Mix all ingredients together. Scoop into little balls and drop onto a lightly Pam sprayed cookie sheet. Cook for 20minutes
