Apple Ginger Tuna Salad

Ingredients
2 cans tuna (12 oz)2/3 cup apple1/2 tsp minced ginger2 tbsp red onion1/2 cup celery1/2 cup light mayonnaise1 pinch salt
Directions
1. Drain the tuna, squeezing to remove excess moisture.

2. Dice apples, onion, and celery into small pieces.

3. Combine all ingredients in small bowl and stir well.

Tip: This salad is great served on crackers, in a sandwich or by itself. It can be stored up to 3 days in tightly cover container in the refrigerator.
