artichoke tofu parmesan pasta sauce

Ingredients
1 can artichoke hearts in water1/2 cup cottage cheese4 oz tofu1/2 cup lowfat yogurt1/2 cup parmesan cheese1/2 large red onion, sliced1 Tbsp. olive oildried basil, salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Heat oil in saucepan.
Add red onion and saute 5 minutes until soft.
Chop and add artichoke hearts. Add basil and a little salt and fresh ground pepper. Reduce heat and keep warm.
Combine cottage cheese, tofu and yogurt in a food processor and blend until smooth. Add 1/2 cup parmesan cheese and continue to blend.
Add the sauce to the onion/artichoke mix and heat gently until mixture is just warm. Serve over whole wheat pasta.
