Cornmeal Muffins

Ingredients
1C Flour3/4C Yellow Cornmeal1tbsp Baking Powder3 tbsp Sugar1 tsp Satt6 tbsp Light Butter, melted2/3C Nonfat Milk1 large egg
Directions
Preheat oven to 400, grease cupcake tin or use muffin inserts.

In a large bowl mix all dry ingredients. In small bowl mix the rest of the ingredients. Add the liquid mixture to the flour mixture, stirring only enough to moisten.

Spoon mixture into muffin tin. Bake for about 20 minutes.
