Ingredients
1 lb Lean Ground Beef1/2 c green pepper1/2 c onion,1 medium carrot, diced1 can Hunt's Diced Tomatoes, seasoned with Basil, garlic & Oregano
Directions
Brown ground beef, add Green Pepper, Onion and Carrots. Simmer for 15 minutes, ar Diced Tomatoes, simmer for 30 minutes.

    My husband and i loved this! I served it with Rice. Instead of just green peppers i also added the red, orange, and yellow peppers.
