Pineapple Chicken Stir Fry

Ingredients
1 clove garlic2 TBS EVOO1 green pepper sliced1 red pepper sliced1 can chopped pineapple1 can mushrooms1 can baby corn1 cup snow peas3 boneless chicken breasts chopped1 can water chestnuts6 TBS teriyaki sauce4 cups brown rice
Directions
1) brown chicken, garlic and olive oil. Start brown rice separately.
2) add peppers, mushrooms, baby corn, snow peas, pineapple and water chestnuts. Add Teriyaki Sauce. Stir Fry over med high heat covered stirring occassionally for approx. 15 minutes.
3) serve over brown rice.
