Ingredients
1.2 kilos red beans, weighed after cooking, or drain cans and weigh3 medium onions6 lf lauging cow cheese wedges4 cloves garlichot pepper to tastesalt and pepper to tasteenough hot water to get the consistency you want in the food processor
Directions
Makes 7 cups

Beans must be cooked before you start, or use canned and drained.

Put everything in the food processor, you may have to do it in batches, and process until you get a consistency you like. Taste for seasonings, may need more salt, pepper or hot sauce.
