Miso Glazed Salmon

Ingredients

1/4 cup brown sugar, packed2 tbs low-sodium soy sauce2 tbs hot water2 tbs miso (soybean paste)4 (6 oz) salmon fillets, 1" thick1 tbs chopped fresh chives
Preheat broiler.
Combine first 4 ingredients, stirring with a whisk.
Arrange fish in a shallow baking dish coated with cooking spray. Spoon miso mixture evenly over fish.
Broil 10-15 min until fish flakes easily. Baste twice during cooking.
Sprinkle with chives and serve.
