Ingredients
1 graham cracker crust, 9 inch1 can light cherry pie filling, 20 oz1 medium apple, peeled, cored, and cut into small chunks1/2 tsp almond extract
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 425.
2. Combine cherry filling, apple, and almond extract and stir into pie shell.
3. Bake 35 minutes or until crust is golden brown.

    It was fast and quick with minimal mess. It worked well and I served it with a small dallop of cool whip. I went a little every on the extract (someone bumped me as i was pouring) I think next time I make this I may add a dash of cinnamon to it too. - 11/23/12
