Rotel Chicken

Ingredients
1 stick of butter4 chicken breasts (cooked & cubed)1 green pepper - diced1 md. onion - diced1-2 cans of Rotel (the more the spicier!)1 lb of cooked vermicelli noodlesVelveeta Cheese (8 oz. you can add more if you like it more cheesy)
Directions
In a pan, heat butter, green pepper and onion until soft. Add Rotel and Velveeta.

In a baking pan, layer cooked noodles on the bottom, then add cooked chicken, then top with cheese mixture, no need to mix.

Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.

Makes about 8 servings.
