Brownings cheese dip

Ingredients
2 cups whole milk6 ounces of velvetta cheese1 tbsp chili powdert tsp ground cumin1 tsp garlic powder1 tsp paprika1 tsp ground mustard1 tbsp corn startch to thicken
Directions
Heat the milk, cheese and all the spices in a sauce pan until boiling then make a slurry with the corn startch and 2 tbsp of cold water pour it in the boiling liquid and stir until the desired thickness. makes about 6 1/2 cup servings.
Serve with tortilla chips of your choice.
