BBQ Tofu and Black Bean Salad

Ingredients
1/2 block - extra firm Tofu1 - 15oz can Black Beans1 - 8 3/4oz can Whole Kernal Corn5 Tbsp - Your fave BBQ sauce1 - small red onionCilantro to taste
Directions
Chop onions and cilantro. Drain beans and corn. Cube tofu. Mix all ingredients together. It's that easy!!

    I didn't have BBQ sauce so I added half a can of diced tomatoes and had it on romaine lettuce topped with 2 tbsp of a Spicy Tomato and Poblano salad dressing from my local store (Meijer). Very tasty! Great basic recipe! - 3/26/09
