Crusted Honey Mustard Chicken

Ingredients
4 Boneless skinless chicken breast (about 4 oz each)3/4 cup smashed corn flakes 4 Tbsp Newman's Own Lite honey mustard salad dressing2 Tbsp dried dill weed1 Tbsp black pepperSalt to taste
Directions
Whisk dill and black pepper with honey mustard.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Cover each chicken breast in honey mustard mixture.
On separate plate roll each breast in corn flakes.
Place on baking sheet, place in oven.
After 20 minutes check for doness.

    I just joined and found this recipe. I could not find Honey Mustard dressing so I substituted Newman's Own Lite Sweet Vidalia Onion, only used 3 Tbs. I also only used 1 Tbs dill and 1 tsp pepper and did not add any salt. It wasn't half bad. My daughter even said it was good and she is a picky eater. - 5/4/13

    This was pretty good. I'd make it again, but next time add less pepper - 1 Tbsp was way too much and it overpowered the other flavors. - 11/26/08
