Granola

Ingredients
3 cups rolled oats1 cup slivered almonds1 cup cashews1/4 cup Brown Sugar Splenda1/2 cup sugar free maple syrup1/2 cup vegetable oil1 1/2 tsp salt2 cups raisins1 cup sunflower hulls
Directions
Preheat oven to 250. Makes 16 1/2 cup servings
Combine oats, nuts, sunflower hulls and brown sugar. In separate bowl, combine syrup, oil and salt. Combine both mixtures and pour onto 2 sheet pans. Bake for 1 hour 15 mins, stirring every 15 min. Remove from oven and transfer to a large bowl. Add raisins and mix until evenly distributed.
