mix brandy (whiskey), brown sugar, and apricot (plum) jam together in a small bowl.In a large bowl combine all the other ingredients. Add the sugar mixture and combine until well mixed.spread on a couple of baking sheets lined with parchment paper.
pre heat oven to 375, cook for about 15-20 minutes, occasionally stopping to break it up into smaller clusters so the bottom doesn't burn.
