eggplant and turkey kielbalsa pasta

Ingredients
1 Butterball Summer Sausage or turkey kielbasa link, sliced1 box whole wheat penne pasta1 cup water, tap is fine2 tbsp instant chicken boullion powder1 medium eggplant, peeled and cubed1 can diced tomatoes with basil, garlic and oregano1 package baby portabello mushrooms, sliced1 zucchini, sliced
Directions
Cook Pasta as directed on box. Set Aside

In simmering pot, combine 1 c water boullion and garlic powder and bring to soft boil. Add veggies and turkey sausage and cook until softened. toss in pasta and serve.
