Slow Cooker Winter Fruit Compote

Ingredients
6 cups sliced apples (you can leave peels on if they are organic)1 cup whole cranberries1 cup fresh or frozen blackberries1 tablespoon agave nectar (can substitute honey or maple syrup)2 tablespoons cornstarch
Directions
Put all ingredients in a slow cooker and mix together well. Cook on high for 2-3 hours or on low for 4-6 hours, stirring occasionally. When it has cooked down to the consistency of chunky applesauce, it's ready. Serve hot or cold.
