Ingredients
onions, garlic, cabbage, carrots, potato
Directions
saute all ingredients together, first onions and garlic then progressively through the rest of the ingred. add 1 tsp italian seasoning (herb mix). serving size is 1/2 c. layer beans (another recipe) with veggies, brown rice if desired, cheese if desired (leave off to make vegan), on whole wheat tortilla. nuke and serve.
