Sweet and Spicy Shrimp or Chicken

Ingredients
1/2 Cup pineapple Juice1/2 Teaspoon dry mustard2- Cloves garlic, minced1-2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar Twin1 Teaspoon ground ginger2 Tablespoons balsamic vinegar2 Tablespoons white wine1 lb. peeled, deveined, and cleaned Shrimp (Chicken substitute) 1 lb. chicken breast, skin removed, chopped into bite sized pieces
Directions
Combine all ingrediants except for the Shrimp or Chicken (Whichever you choose to use), and mix well. Add Shrimp or Chicken and let it marinate for 30 minutes. Grill or Barbecue, brushing with leftover marinade.

You can also cook this in the oven at 350 degrees for 1 hour if you want.

Serving size should be 3 -4 oz. of chicken per serving
