1 lb. Ground Beef (lean) or Ground Turkey if you likeHalf a large bag of Tator Tots2 Cans Cream of Mushroom Soup Condensed1 cup raw Onions (preferrably yellow)
First cut up about 1 cup of raw onions. Cook the onions and ground beef (or ground turkey) together until thoroughly cooked. Drain, leaving onions in the ground beef. In a medium casserole dish, spread ground beef on bottom of dish. Top ground beef with an even layer of tator tots (about half a large bag). Top all of this with 2 small cans OR 1 family sized can of Cream of Mushroom Soup (condensed). Only use the soup in the can and do not add water like you would if you were cooking on stove. Cover with foil and cook in 375 degree oven for about 45 minutes to 1 hour. Make sure tator tots are thoroughly cooked. Let cool for about 2 minutes and dig in!
