* Chicken Breast, no skin, 10 ounces. approx 2 small breasts butterflied to be evenly thin * Bread, italian, 5 slices, made into course crumbs * jamaican Curry powder, .5 tbsp (remove) *Coriander ground .5 tsp (remove) *Cumin ground .25tsp (remove) * Cinnamon, ground, pinch (remove) * Garlic powder, 1 (remove) * Salt, .5 tsp (remove) * Pepper, black, 3 dash (remove) * Granulated Sugar, 5 grams (remove) * Pam Original Cooking Spray, 5 serving (remove)
Directions
season raw chix on both sides with jamaican curry p, ssalt , pinch sugar, black pepper. mix into bread crumbs coriander, garlic p , cumin, jamaican curry p, cinn, salt & pep. spray both side seasoned chix with oil, cover with crumbs. place on rack on cookie sheet. heat ove to 450. at last min spray top of breaded chicken.
