Ingredients
Red Ripe Tomatoes, 2 cup cherry tomatoes Olive Oil, 1 1tsp (remove)Garlic, 3 clove (remove)italian seasoningssalt and pepperSun dried tomatoes (just a few chopped up)2 cups uncooked pasta
Directions
Toss tomatoes in baking dish with all ingredients except pasta. Roast for 1 hour. cook pasta as directed, rinse and toss with roasted tomatoes. Serve hot and chill leftovers for an awesome cold pasta salad.
