Banana Custard Pudding

Ingredients
7 cups soy milk1.5 cups sugar.50 cups flour.25 cups cornstarch.25 butter1 tsp vanilla extract4 egg yolks
Directions
Thoroughly combine flour, sugar and cornstarch in a bowl. In a medium saucepan over medium heat simmer the milk until it is at least 160 degrees. Thoroughly mix egg yolks. Add have of milk mixture into egg yolks. Pour egg yolk mixture into bowl containing flour mixture. Add the flour yolk mixture into the remain milk. Cook until back of spoon is just coated. Allow custard to cool to room temperature. Layer wafers, bananas, custard as desired. Chill at least 2 hours.
