4 oz angel hair pasta1/2 lb reduced-fat smoked turkey sausage, cut into 1/2 in slices2 C sliced fresh mushrooms2 garlic cloves, minced4- 1/2 tsp minced fresh basil or 1- 1/2 tsp dried basil2 C plum tomatoes, sliced in 1/2 and the sliced again1/8 tsp salt1/8 tsp pepper
Cook pasta according to directions. While pasta is cooking, spray a large non-stick skillet with cooking spray and saute the sausage, mushrooms, garlic and basil until mushrooms are tender. Drain pasta and add to the skillet. Add the tomatoes, salt, and pepper; toss gently. Heat through.
