Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth.

    My son and I really enjoyed this. We used mixed berries. The end result made me think it should be called a yogurt smoothie, as it tasted like berry yogurt a little more liquefied. Not a bad thing, like I said, we enjoyed it and likely will have it again. We even liked the added flaxseed. ;D - 3/27/09

    Sure you can. The nutrition infor won't be that different - a little less fiber maybe - and you won't get the omega-3 from the flax, but it would still be good. I would recommend buying some milled flax anyway though. It's nice to have on hand to add to pancakes, baked goods, etc.
