Hamburger Goulash

Ingredients
1.5 lbs of lean ground beef1 box of whole wheat rotini (or other pasta)1 can of diced tomatoes, no salt added1 can of tomato sauce1 can of tomato paste1 tbsp oregano1/2 tbsp basil1 8 oz package of Mozzarella cheese
Directions
Cook pasta according to directions on box. While pasta is cooking, brown ground beef, add oregano and basil. Once beef is no longer pink, drain. Add beef, diced tomatos, tomato sauce, tomato paste and half of cheese to pasta and stir. Cover and let heat through for 10 minutes on low-medium heat. Add remaining cheese, stir and serve.
