rice and italian sausage

Ingredients
1 cup brown rice1 cup fresh washed spinach2 fl oz chicken broth2 cup water1 cup sliced red pepper2 tbsp chopped onion1 cup fresh cherry tomatoes
Directions
brind two cups water to boil, add one cup brouwn rice. coer and simmer 20-30 minutes until water is absorbed. meanwhile brown italian sausage , chopped onions.slice sausage. when rice is donw add sausage, fresh spinach, red peppers and tomatoes. stir together and add broth. cover for about 8 minutes and serve.
