Tomato Pesto Toasty

Ingredients
1 slice light whole wheat bread1 ½-Teaspoons cream cheese1-Teaspoon basil pesto½-medium tomato, sliced
Directions
1. Toast the bread until golden brown on both sides. Leave to cool.

2. Mix together the cheese and pesto until well blended. Spread on the toasted bread.

3. Arrange the tomato slices, overlapping on the toast and season with salt.
